Join Sarah & Danielle for their special DUO Sound Bath!

This session is designed to promote deep relaxation and restoration, nurturing your mind, body and soul. Sarah and Danielle will utilize a variety of instruments such as Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, Gongs and Drums to produce healing vibrations and frequencies, soothing you at a cellular level. Let us assist you in releasing what is no longer serving you and prepare you for a deep night sleep!

To respect everyone's time and receive maximum sound healing, the session will begin promptly at 7:50 PM. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early (7:35 PM) so you can settle into a comfortable space.

Please Bring:

• yoga mat or something to lay on
• pillow/blanket for comfort
• personal journal to note your experience
• limit caffeine before for deeper relaxation
