holistic reverie | full moon reset + restore

join sarah|holistic reverie this friday evening for a rejuvenating mind|body reset and restoration practice which includes a sound bath, deep stretch, and guided meditation.

we will begin the session with a grounded deep stretch that allows you to release tension from the muscles, there will be no standing postures. following the stretch, you will lay down and be fully guided through a yoga nirda meditation, allowing any remaining tension to be released from your mind. this meditation will then flow into a cosmic sound scape, bathing you in vibrational frequencies created from a variety of crystal and tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and gongs. this hour is meant to send your mind and body into deep relaxation, preparing your for a restful night sleep.
