Join me for the first 'meditation + creation' workshop featuring: vision boards! We will begin with a guided medition to encourage new levels of self awareness, sparking visions of your future aspirations. After the meditation, you will create your own mood board including all of your visions for the future days to come!
All craft supplies will be included in the workshop, but recommended for you to bring at least one magazine that brings you joy via the colors, images, font, etc. Print-outs of specific words / phrases that resonate with you are also welcome!
