Join Sarah of Holistic Reverie for Reset + Restore, a rejuvenating mind|body practice that includes a deep stretch, guided meditation and sound bath. The theme for this session will be 'Solitude'.

The session will begin with a grounded light stretch that allows you to release physical tension from the muscles. Following the stretch, you will lay down to be fully guided through a meditation, which will assist in alleviating mental tension. This guided meditation will then flow into a cosmic sound scape, bathing you in vibrational healing frequencies created from a variety of crystal and tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and gongs. The session will be closed out with warm tea and a mental/written prompt regarding the theme - Solitude.
