Join Sarah of Holistic Reverie for Reset + Restore, a rejuvenating mind|body practice that includes a deep stretch, guided meditation and sound bath. The theme for this session will be 'alignment'.

The session will begin with a grounded deep stretch that allows you to release physical tension from the muscles. Following the stretch, you will lay down to be fully guided through a chakra alignment meditation, which will assist in replenishing your energy centers. There are seven major chakras energy centers within your physical body, running from the base of your spine up to the crown of your head. This guided meditation will then flow into a cosmic sound scape, bathing you in vibrational healing frequencies created from a variety of crystal and tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and gongs.
