Join Sarah of Holistic Reverie for Reset + Restore, a rejuvenating mind|body practice that includes a deep stretch, guided meditation and sound bath. The theme for this session will be 'alignment'.

The session will begin with a grounded deep stretch that allows you to release physical tension from the muscles. Following the stretch, you will lay down to be fully guided through a chakra alignment meditation, which will assist in replenishing your energy centers. There are seven major chakras energy centers within your physical body, running from the base of your spine up to the crown of your head. This guided meditation will then flow into a cosmic sound scape, bathing you in vibrational healing frequencies created from a variety of crystal and tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and gongs. These vibrations will also aid in clearing and rejuvenating each chakra. The session will be closed out with warm tea and a mental/written prompt regarding the theme - alignment.

These 90 minutes are designed to deepen your sense of self-awareness, as well as giving you an embodied understanding of the chakra system. You will leave this session in a blissful state having nourished your mental, physical and energetic states, completely prepared for a restful night sleep.

No experience is required for this practice, just a mind|body open to releasing anything that is no longer serving you. The studio provides mats, blankets, blocks and bolsters for additional comfort and support. Please arrive in comfortable clothing and feel free to bring a personal pillow. A journal is recommended in the case you'd like to document your intentions, themed prompt and/or experience.
