Self Love Gathering

Join Aaradhana of Radiant Life Wellness, Sarah of Holistic Reverie and Alyssa of Murda Mantras for this special Self Love Gathering where we will fuse Sound and Reiki into one powerful healing session. The practice will be closed with journal prompts and homemade Traditional Indian Chai.

Sarah | Sound Facilitator | will begin with a guided meditation to assist in creating awareness between the mind and body. We will then flow into a cosmic soundscape, bathing you in high frequency sound waves felt at a cellular level within the body. This process will sooth your nervous system into a state of deep relaxation - allowing you to unravel your mind, become present within your consciousness, and release anything that is no longer serving you.
