Soundscapes of Serenity: A Self-Care Event

Holistic Reverie + Murda Mantras + Radiant Life Wellness present to you 'Soundscapes of Serenity: A Self-Care Event' sponsored by Topo Chico, Martini & Rossi, Ritual Zero Proof, and Lyre's.

The event will begin with a ninty minute welcome and social period including Tarot Readings from Murda Mantras, alongside a variety of Specialty Non-Alcoholic Cocktails crafted by Kate Rivera.

The last sixty minutes of the event will be dedicated to a Sound Bath Meditation from Sarah of Holistic Reverie, fused with CranioSacral Therapy from Dr. Rana of Radiant Life Wellness. *Dr. Rana will be performing this relaxing holistic chiropractic work during the sound bath.

[What is CranioSacral Therapy?

CranioSacral Therapy (cst) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system. This system is comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinalfluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. 

It’s a gentle form of massage that works with the cranial bones, relieving stress in the body as well as balancing the flow of cranial sacral fluid. This method has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.

Pairing this technique with the vibrational frequencies from the Sound Bath will allow the nervous system to blissfully enter a parasympathetic state. This will be sixty minutes dedicated to deeply resting the mind & body. ]

This event as a whole is designed with your mind, body, and spirit in mind; allowing you to leave feeling lighter and more rejuvenated for the new year ahead.
