about the event
join sarah and brandy for a sixty minute *DUO* sound bath experience. this will be an intimate evening dedicated to relaxing, rejuvenating, and community. we will begin with light stretching to release physical tension, then guide you through meditation and a sound bath to fully relax your nervous system. we will close out the session with the sunset and a potluck style picnic.
this experience will leave you feeling more grounded, ready for a deep sleep. let's prepare our minds and bodies for a blissful week ahead!
